About the Author

David Connaughton has spent over 38 years working very closely with a wide variety of enterprises and industries, and the material of this book has been enhanced with ideas and tools created by his many friends and acquaintances among the ranks of teachers, consultants and business executives.

This book evolved directly from an integrated set of teaching tools David created for undergraduates and MBA students at Daniel Webster College in Nashua, New Hampshire, to teach Operations Analysis and Management, Entrepreneurship, Decision Making, and Corporate Finance. Its material addresses all of these topics, with focus on concepts and practical tools answering real world 'what, why, how, and so what' questions.
